I always thought this would make a great song for a vid and listening to the lyrics with your clips it really worked for Obidala. Liked the motion-blur effect too, very atmospheric.

I agree with myascarlet. A neat song, and a cool vid.

Once again, a wonderful vid! I love the part of the song where he sings, "All that I am, all that I've ever been" (or something like that) and you put two shots one following the other. The first of obi and anakin and the second of obi and qui gon. Brilliant!

The first of obi and anakin and the second of obi and qui gon. Brilliant! Great job! I also liked the part NoobianRose mentioned too. Those clips fit the lyrics perfectly. I also felt this was a good song choice for Obidala, but I had no idea how to interpret/show "If I lay here," etc. b/c Obi-Wan is never shown to be sleeping in the films! So, anyway, when I saw this vid title, I was really excited to see how you got around that. I also liked the parts where the b&w footage became color for the "garden bursting into life" lyrics.

I was being stupid and commented on youtube, but I'll comment here too!
I thought this song was pretty difficult, or it would've been for me. You really pulled it off brilliantly though!

Commented on youtube. Unfamiliar with the song but can see why you picked it. Nice lyrics and good job with the editing, as usual.

Commented on youtube. Unfamiliar with the song but can see why you picked it. Nice lyrics and good job with the editing, as usual. I didn't pick it, Lynda did. It was requested by her for a certain holiday. LoL. It was tough like NoobianRose was saying. The constant repeating of the lyrics about laying somewhere were a pain. With some help from a very wise friend of mine, I chose to take some artistic license and see what I could come up with. I'm glad it worked out. All of your kind words kept a huge smile plastered on my face all day. It was there even when I went to my class and my friend asked me what was going on. LoL. Thanks so much everyone. I really appreciate the comments. Like an author, they keep me going.
