My heart was in my mouth for most of this, the thrilling pace of it and suspense.

I agree with Danielle, great action. I loved Padmé taking an active role in fighting for her family and her throne. And the banter between Obi-Wan and Anakin was really good as well. And yay for a happy ending!

It's so interesting to me to see these characters placed in other universes and situations. I think SW lends itself really well to medieval fantasy, thematically. Maybe in some ways more than sci-fi actually. Lol. I was really excited to see the conclusion of this part of your story! I agree with the others that the "ticking-clock" action scene -- Padme rushing to save them -- was particularly strong. I thought your use of a separate section with Padme's POV made it even more dynamic. Very interesting choice there. Great work, Lauren!

You did such a fantastic job with this Lauren! The action was intense, my blood was rushing hoping that Padmé would be able to save Obi and Ani, so glad that Qui showed up! And I'm so happy that they got their happy endihg. I especially love the Obi/Ani moments, they were brilliant. And omg a third instalment? Give it to us! Please!
