I like the how this story goes right along with the movie.Yet it's Obidala!
This part : You," she whispered, her resistance surrendering under the onslaught of his gentleness. Love it. I felt their magic.Really great story

This was so good!!!  You know how much I love telling stories that feel like they were missing from the films. And now I can definitely cross this one off my "I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS" list! Lol. Beautifully told, my friend. I love that Padme told Obi-Wan the truth about what happened on Tatooine. Regardless of what she felt for Anakin, to this day I find it incredibly hard to believe that she would not have been totally put off by him killing all those sand people. She's a Senator for cryin' out loud! The end had my mind racing too! I'm dying to know how that conversation with Anakin that you allude to ends up playing out . . . I can't imagine he'll be to happy. Especially now that he's convinced Padme loves him back. dun dun DUUUUUUUUNNNNNNN! |

If my muse provides inspiration on Padmé telling Anakin how she feels, I might return to this.
Must get back to Shimmer first, I've been neglecting it for awhile.

Beautiful piece. I especially liked the turn of phrase "the onslaught of his gentleness" - it captures Obi-Wan very well.

Oh this is utterly brilliant Danielle!! I love that this whole thing stemmed from that tiny Obidala moment, which is probably one of my absolute favourites <3 Everyone is so perfectly in character that I can totally see this happening, it feels so real, if only it actually happened. I totally agree with Rosalie, I can't imagine how Padmé wasn't totally put off by Anakin's act of genocide, like how?? And I'm so happy that she confessed everything that happened to Obi-Wan. I especially loved how the truth of her feelings came to light, that was just too beautiful <333 Fantastic work sweetie!
